Your hill is surrounded
by fields rich with grain
and groves of tall bamboo.
There, on the peaks,
elephants wander freely.
You, lord of the mountain,

关于桑伽姆诗歌
桑伽姆（Sangam）文学是古泰米尔文学的核心传统，约产生于公元前二世纪至公元二世纪。桑伽姆诗歌分为两大类：阿哈姆（Akam，爱情诗）和普拉姆（Puram，英雄诗/公共诗）。
泰米尔诗歌有独特的"情境"（tiṇai）系统：每一种自然景观（山、田、林、海岸、荒漠）对应一种情感状态。这种系统使得自然意象不仅仅是装饰，而是情感表达的核心载体。
